Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Notes:
Layer this in a fancy glass or dish and treat yourself. It tastes great and is low in fat and calories. I have never been a yogurt fan but I really enjoy this. It can be for breakfast, dessert or a snack.
Servings: one
Ingredients:
2/3 C. fat free yogurt (I use Danon Light and Fit)
1/2 C. sliced strawberries w/splenda
2 T. crunchy cereal (I use Grape Nuts or Smart Start) crush it a little in a sandwich bag
1/2 T. unsalted chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
Directions:
Spoon a few berries in the bottom of the glass. Top w/half the yogurt and sprinkle half the cereal and nuts on. Repeat the layers and end with the remaining berries on the top.
