Wild Mushrooms w/Bow Tie Pasta Recipe

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 Package Bow Tie Pasta
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 package of wild mushrooms (or 1 cup of mushrooms of your choice)
Garlic cloves to taste (I use roasted garlic from my grocery stores olive bar. Its divine!)
Kosher salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Bring pasta to a boil. Simultaneously start roasting the pine nuts in a small amount of olive oil. When they start to brown, add, the mushrooms, the sea salt, and the garlic. (If the garlic is pre roasted, you are just warming it up, if using FRESH garlic, add it BEFORE the pine nuts so it browns)
Cook until the mushrooms are just SLIGHTLY soft.
Drain pasta. Add complete mushroom mixture, then additional oil (LIGHTLY) just to coat pasta and keep it from sticking. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm or cold!
