Vegetarian Vegetable Soup Recipe

Notes:
A chunky, light, vegetarian soup. Slightly spicy, but all-around flavorful, even those who eat meat can enjoy this low-fat, low calorie dish.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 and 1/2 cups of Swanson vegetable broth
3 large mushrooms, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/8 cup of diced green pepper
1/8 cup of diced fresh onion
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
sea salt to taste
4 tbsp. salsa or picante sauce
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a pot, and bring to a boil
Place a lid on the pot and reduce heat .
Let it simmer for 30-40 minutes.
