Tomato Salsa Recipe

Notes:
A wonderful and simple salsa that is made at my fave restaurant.
Servings: 2-5
Ingredients:
4-5 medium chopped tomatoes (seeds and pulp removed - save and put into another dish)
1/4 c onion chopped very finely (or more)
chopped cilantro to taste (fresh or freeze dried)
juice of 1-2 limes
sea salt to taste
Directions:
Wash produce, chop, mix and savor the spectacular flavor of simplicity.
