		<description>Excellent recipe and whole family liked. it. I've made it twice now using slightly different vegetables each time.
Used it just as it is, as a sauce for meatballs, side for meatloaf, chicken, turkey burgers, as salsa, with broiled salmon, on a pizza base and thinned as a soup.  Very useful even if not on a diet.</description>
