Notes:
This is a family recipe that can be made to be really high in fats, or really low….It’s up to you! If you want beef that has a higher percentage of fat, that’s okay, but it takes away the point of it being healthier. And when you add the cheese, you can add as little or as much as you want to the top.

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (3% fat or lower if possible)
2 cans fat-free Cream of Mushroom soup
1 bag of Ore-Ida Tater-tots
1 - 2 cups grated chedder cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven for 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef in a pan; drain the excess fat/oil. In a 13"x9" glass baking dish, mix the ground beef and cream of mushroom soup. Make sure it covers the bottom of the dish. Layer tater-tots on top of beef/soup. Cook in oven about 20 minutes, or until tater-tots are cooked through. Add cheese on top, and put back into oven until cheese is melted.
