Grilled Tuna with Teriyaki-Ginger Sauce Recipe

Tuna steaks that are extremely easy and quick to make and does not taste fishy. It tastes more like a real tender piece of steak. It isn’t even flakey like most fish. YUMM. I got this recipe out of the Weight Watchers five ingredients, 15 minute cookbook.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
¼ cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
½ teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 (6 oz) Tuna Steaks
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to a Medium-High heat.
2. In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the fish & cooking spray. Brush 1 tablespoon sauce on each steak. Keep the remaining sauce.
3. Place a piece of tinfoil on the grill, and spray it with cooking spray, then put the fish on. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish is medium-rare or to your liking. Brush fish with remaining sauce.
