Servings; 1/ Purpose: Protein / carb - sweet cravings! 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder (your choice) 1/2 frozen banana (DONT make this shake a daily habit) 1 cup of skim or soy milk 1 tbspn caramel or butterscotch pudding powder 1 tbspn unsweetened carob chips Blend-Blend-Blend. ADD the carob chips after you blend! @293 calories 31g protein and 35g carbohydrate….with skim and whey @257 calories 23g protein and 34.5 carbohdrate…with rice protein and soy ..
