Smothered Steak Recipe

Low fat version of diner-style smothered steak
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
16 oz thin-cut sirloin
Salt and pepper (or Montreal steak seasoning)
2 t. olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can water
1 T worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Season steak and brown in olive oil. Add sliced onion and cook until limp. Add soup, water, and worcestershire sauce. Stir, cover, and simmer for 30-45 minutes until onions are very soft. Serve steak topped with sauce.
