Notes:
This is an awesome soup (when eaten for lunch or dinner or both) can really make the pounds come off. It is full of yumminess, and low in calories!!! It is sometimes called miracle soup, because you ingest less calories than you need to burn so it is known as a negative calorie food.
1 1/2 cup serving is only about 70 calories…

Servings: 12-24

Ingredients:
6 cups of water
1 large can (46 oz.) low sodium vegie juice (I use V8)
3 large onions
1 each small - medium green, red, yellow, orange bell peppers
10 stalks of celery
25 - 30 baby carrots
2 14.6 oz cans of diced tomatoes (no salt added)
1 bag pre-shredded cole slaw mix (cabbage & carrots)
1 cup salsa
1/4 tbs. garlic powder
pepper to taste
Other ingredients that are aoptional, if you like spicier flavor:
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
5 splashes of tabasco

Directions:
Put vegetable juice and water in large stock pot on medium heat. Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces then add to the liquid along with all other ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. This soup last upto 5 days in the refrigerator. (but it doesn't seem to last that long in my house!!!)
