Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes Recipe
Notes:
WW 6 points = 1/2 C serving (Deduct pts if using lite rolls) OR
285 calories, 7 Fat, 51 mg Cholesterol, 770 Sodium, 34 carbs, 3 grams fiber, 21 grams protein
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 pound Lean ground beef
1 14 1/2 oz can RoTel (diced tomatoes w/ green pepper, celery & onion)
3 TBSP Brown sugar
2 tsp worchestshire sauce
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1- Brown beef in a large skillet
2- Transfer to a large crockpot and add all other ingredients
Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours
Recipe can EASILY be doubled if you have a large family like me!
