Salmon Patties Recipe

Notes:
The salmon in the pouch is like tuna, really moist and fresh, no bones and not very fishy. Super high protein, lots of fiber, low fat (if any??). Tastes really fresh.
Servings: 2 patties
Ingredients:
1 egg
2T lemon juice
1 fresh pouch salmon (like the pouches of tuna)
1/2 c garlic n herb All Bran brand crackers, finley crushed or processed in food processor
1t dried parsley
1t garlic powder, optional (i can never have too much garlic)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then form 2 patties by hand. Place in frying pan sprayed w/cooking spray on med to med-high heat and don't touch for a minute or so. Cook about 2-3 min each side or until lightly browned and the kitchen smells awesome.
