Roasted Red Pepper Dip Recipe

I haven’t tried this yet, but I saw it and it looked really easy and sounded really yummy! Let me know if you try it before me!

Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
1 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender or mini food processor, and blend until creamy. Serve with cut-up vegetables or pita chips!
