Quick Salmon Recipe

Servings: 1
Ingredients:
Small Fresh Salmon, Garlic Seasoning, Sofrito, Oregano, Sazon, Canola Oil, 1 large lemon, salt and black pepper(optional)
Directions:
Squeeze lemon over salmon.Sprinkle half a tsp of garlic seasoning on the salmon, a pinch of oregano and half a packet of the sazon, take half a tsp of sofrito and rub down on the salmon mixing the seasonings. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Oil very lightly a nonstick frying pan, on a medium fire brown the top of the salmon and then carefully turn it over so it doesn't break apart. Let the bottom brown as well. Turn fire down low , cover and let it cook for 7 minutes. When fully cooked, squeeze the lemon over it one more time.
