Pretty Tasty Cottage Cheese Recipe

Okay so you’d think that because its cheese its automatically bad but did you know that in just a half cup of cottage cheese there is 13g of Protein?? If your working out hard then any protein you get is gonna help. I hate cottage cheese, at least I think but this worked.
