Pita Pizzas Recipe

Perfectly-portioned individual pizzas
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 6oz can tomato paste
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. basil
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. onion powder
1/4 t. garlic powder
Pita bread (1 g. fat)
Pizza toppings (low-fat mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, ham, veggies, etc.)
Directions:
Combine tomato paste with seasonings. Add enough water to make a pizza sauce. (About 1 can or less.)
Top pitas with sauce and toppings. Heat in microwave (45 seconds) or in a 350-degree oven for 6-7 minutes.
