Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

I just made this up because I was in a hurry and needed a lunch/ snack that I could take with me. It’s kind of a no brainer, but it’s really good. It has 115 calories (this depends on the type of yogurt you use. I used Dannon Light and Fit w/ 80 cal per cup) It makes about a pint of smoothie.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1/2 cup yogurt (I like vanilla, but you could use any flavor that would be good with pineapple)
1 cup ice
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
