Mixed Veggies with Steak Recipe

Steak and Mixed Vegetable Meal
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
4 ounces lean steak
1 cup Frozen Vegetables (any style)
Black Pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/4 Fresh Onion
1 pod fresh garlic
Directions:
Chop fresh onion and garlic. Sautee fresh onion and garlic in pan, with worcestershire sauce. Add lean steak. Cook lean steak until brown all the way through. Then, add frozen vegetables and black pepper.
