Low Fat Low Calorie Tofu Fry Recipe
Notes:
This IS NOT low carb–in fact it is higher in carbs. It is how ever low fat and low calorie which is what I am working on.

Ingredients:
2 cups Wild Harvest brand marinara pasta sauce
I package (14 oz) Naysoya Lite Firm Tofu (into ten slices)
Acme Brand Spray Canola Oil
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
Cut the brick of tofu into ten slices. Press the bread crumbs into each slice on both sides. In a pan sprayed with the oil, fry both sides until heated through and brown on both sides. Pour in 2 cups of the marinara sauce and let heat. 2 slices with 1/5 the sauce per serving.
