This green smoothie is one of my favorites! It’s a great way to detox. It gives the body a rest from all the mouth grinding and digestion its accustomed to. Aside from vitamins, it also packs a punch of calcium, iron, potassium, and antioxidants. It tastes great! Guaranteed to keep you going. I use this smoothie, along with variations of it leading to my detox. ENJOY!
1 cup kale
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 banana (sliced)
1/4 cup frozen berries
8oz Silk light vanilla soy milk
In a blender, add kale, spinach, carrots, pineapple, banana, berries and soy milk. Blend and VOILA!
