Ingredients:
5 reduced-fat Ritz crackers
2-3 tblsp low-fat ricotta cheese
1 tsp Thai sweet chili sauce
Directions:
Spread the ricotta on the crackers and add a little sweet chili sauce to top it off. It's a wonderful flavor combination and makes the perfect quick, easy, healthy snack. Enjoy!
