Fat-Free Italian Salad Dressing
4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts (doesn't matter if
baking dish
Directions:
Pour some dressing in the bottom of a baking dish,Put chicken breasts in baking dish, pour dressing on top- just enough to fully cover the breasts. Bake at 375 for 45-60 mins depending on your oven. Make sure there is no pink left on the inside of the chicken. Great served with brown rice and carrots or green beans, or even sweet potato!

It doesn’t matter if the chicken is fully thawed or not.. This works either way, you may just need to bake for a little longer.
