Pretty Much what the name says! Very nice in the summer and takes long to eat them so you feel more full!

Ingredients:
Bananas
Plastic wrap to…well….wrap them in lol
Directions:
Peel Bananas wrap in cling-film (plastic wrap) and put in freezer (guess that would be the cook time on this thing!) till frozen.

yeah these are great.. also great in smoothies.. cause it gives that ice cream feel..
but i just would like to warn everyone to make sure they wrap them very very well and if possible put them in a tupperware container..
The banana scent permiates very easily.. (anyone who has eaten a sandwitch that has been in a lunch box with a banana will know what I’m talking about)
We froze some bananas next to a huge batch of lazagne and had to throw most of it out..
