2 cups seltzer water
Lemon slices
Ice
Directions:
chop or shred ginger
Boil 2 cups water and add the ginger.
let it sit for 10 minutes and then strain.
add honey
cool at room temperature.
add seltzer, lemon slice, and ice.
Stir and serve
