Homemade Beef Stew Recipe

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1/4 pound beef cubes, carrots, celery, diced potatoes (not too much) or you can substitude for sweet potatoe, kidney beans, peas, corn (not too much), green beans, okra, diced green peppers, fresh garlic (crushed), onions (chopped), cilantro, tomato paste, salt & black pepper to taste. Try not to use too much salt.
Directions:
Place beef cubes, salt & black pepper (to taste) and cook for one hour; add potatoes and cook another 15 minutes; add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 10 minutes.
