Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 cloves garlic
4 pieces salmon (2 fillets sliced in half)
Directions:
Combine the lemon jouce, ginger, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Place the salmon in a deep bowl, pour the ginger mixture over the fillets, turning to coat both sides. Cover and in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Broil 4-6 minutes turning twice.
