Fruit n Veggie Smoothie Recipe
Notes:
I drink this every day as a meal replacement as well as to make sure i get my daily intake of fruits n vegies!!
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1/4 cp. fresh or frozen spinach
1 stalk celery
1/4 cucumber sliced
17 grapes
10 strawberries
2 small bananas
1 cp. unsweetened cranberry juice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients and drink up. This makes several servings, I freeze the excess and reblend so it is slushy and cool. Very tasty and satisfying.
