Notes:
I found this recipe in a diabetic cookbook the last time I got serious about dieting. I adjusted it a little to my own tastes and I could live off of these things - I literally can eat them all the time and not get tired of them.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
Shredded Sauteed Chicken Tenderloin Strips
Fat Free Cream Cheese
Garlic Powder
Lemon Juice
Green Onion
Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas

Directions:
Sautee some chicken tenderloins in something like Smart Balance Buttery Spread. Sprinkle with garlic powder while cooking. Let cool and shred. I usually do a whole pack of tenderloins at once and store in zip lock baggies so I have enough for a week or 2 - I use it in these wraps and green salads. Chop some green onion (again I do a bunch at once so I have it on hand and ready) Take about a tablespoon of fat free cream cheese, add a splash of lemon juice, mix in some of the shredded chicked and green onions. Spread across your carb balance whole wheat tortilla and roll up. You can eat these whole for meals or slice them up into little sections and pop a couple for a snack that will give you some energy and curb the munchies.
