Notes:
whey protein has been the savior of my hunger issues.
Breakfast
4 frozen strawberries , 6-8 blackberries, half a banana, a scoop of organic milled flax, and a scoop of whey protein.
Snack:
Apple, plum.
Snack again, snap peas, carrots, spinach, dab of lemon or low fat dress — just a DAB.
Lunch shake -
Other half of banana, half a scoop of protein, ice, yogurt, flax.
green tea/water allllll day
tomato.avocado, a few shreds of turkey…
glass of wine!

Ingredients:
healthy stuff ONLY — forget about anything that tastes *good*
Directions:
Keep driving, dont stop, dont pass go, do NOT speak into a fast food chain monitor/speaker. It's ALWAYS a bad result. Even subway, stay away from subway!

I think protein powder is a good thing. I like EAS carb control. Fills me up and comes prepared in individual servings. The easier the eating plan, the better my results.
