Colorful Spring Salad Recipe

A delicious and colorful party salad.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- Spring Salad Mix (chopped yourself or pre-made)
- Handful of slivered almonds
- 5 to 6 California Sun Dried Tomatoes Halves
- Sprinkle of Craisin Sweetened Dried Cranberries Original
- Sliced red, orange and yellow peppers (the more, the merrier)
- 2 Tables of Ranch Dressing (or your dressing of choice)
Directions:
I like to put my lettuce down first, then lay all the ingredients on top.
Have fun with it and make all the adjustments you like.
