Chili with Kidney Beans Recipe

Notes:
This is a very tasty low fat meat dish. Good for a lunch dish.
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1/2 pound 85-90% lean ground meat; 1 can kidney beans; fresh crushed garlic; jalapenos; chili powder (to taste); salt & black pepper (to taste); 1 can tomato paste; water, fat free shredded cheddar cheese.
Directions:
Cook meat well for about 20 minutes; add salt, pepper & chilli powder (to taste) and cook for another 5 minutes; add the rest of the ingredients, add 2 cups of water and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve and top with cheese.
