Servings: beverages

Ingredients:
long bean
spinach leaves
young corn
salt

Directions:
1. wash raw materials in the water flowing
2. small pieces 2-3 cm long
3. heat the water, if it is boiling
4. pour the beans, leaf spinach and baby corn
5. cook for 5 minutes, do not be too long
6. lower salt to taste

Notes:
Yummy blueberry shake that is loaded with antioxidants, good cultures and the health of almonds!

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh blueberries, 1 container of great value fat free, no sugar added blueberry yogurt, 2 cups of Almond milk, 2 packs of splenda.

Directions:
throw all in the blender and liquify!

a yummy, healthy smoothie that won’t leave you feeling fat :)

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 frozen banana, sliced
1/2 raw banana, sliced
1/2 cup light chocolate silk soy milk
1/2 cup green tea, unsweetened

Directions:
put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
:)
simple yet delicious

*you may add ice cubes/liquid as needed
*do not replace the soy milk with regular…trust me

Notes:
This is great for a sweet fix :)..It is absolutely delicous..My boyfriend says it taste like dr. pepper..I just think it taste like fruits..:) It has the acai berry juice so it helps with losing weight and provides energy.  Pomegrante is an antioxidant which is great for the body and your immune system.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
2 c. Acai berry juice
1/2c-1c Pomegrante juice
1 c. strawberries
1/2 c. any other fruit
1 banana

5 ice cubes depending on how thick you want your drink

blend all together and enjoy :)

Not sure if this recipe is in any type of recipe, ect. but I began experimenting by blending fruits and came up with these ingredients to best fit by taste buds. Enjoy

1-cup frozen peaches
1-banana
5-ice cubs
1/2-cup skim milk

1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (4 oranges)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup strawberries, tops removed, and cut in 1/2
1 to 1 1/2 ripe bananas

Iced Carmel Coffee. Can be made a little lighter if you use Sugar-Free French Vanilla Creamer. I did not have on hand when figuring Nutritonal Values

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup coffee
1 Tbsp French Vanilla Creamer (35 Cal - 1.5 -Fat 5-Carb)
1-2 tsp Carmel Sugar Free Syrup to taste- (2 tbls= 0 Cal- 0-Fat 1-Carb but you do not need that much in a drink)
1 pkt Splenda

Directions:
Fill large glass with ice
add coffee
add all ingredients
(if you like frozen coffee drinks just blend in blender)

Are you craving a healthy, fruity and tastebud exploding smoothie?

Servings: 1L or 2S

Ingredients:
I advise all these ingredients to biological/fresh but obviously you can do the same with frozen fruit or juice from the container:

3 oranges/ or a glass of organe juice
250g fresh or frozen raspberries
coconut flakes

Directions:
Juice the 3 oranges and pour into the mixer
weigh off the 250g of raspberries and put them into the mixer (yes, with the orange juice)
add coconut flakes to your taste
press/turn/hold the mixer button and watch the indgredients turn into a beautifully deep red colour!
pour into a big glass (1L) or share this delicious smoothie with someone (2S)…
