However, if you are on the chunky overweight side you should keep in mind that when you first start your muscle building routine you may notice your weight is not going up but you are noticing more muscle and definition. This is probably because you are losing the fat and building muscle at the same time.
To Build Muscle Fast You Must Make Sure your calories come from quality food sources. Regardless if you are skinny or fat to build muscle fast you must supply your body with the nutrients it needs to grow so the quality of your calories are important. You just cant eat fast food and expect to build muscle. You need to get enough quality Protein and Carbs in your diet to build muscle fast………. Many say you need a minimum of 1-3 grams of protein for every pound you weigh and this is outrageous!! Yes you do need more than the average guys so use the following calculation:
Lean Mass Weight (lbs) x .80 = Daily Protein Requirement
So if you weight 200 lbs and you are 10% body fat you need 200lbs -20lbs of fat = 180 lean pounds x .80 = 144 grams of protein
Now as far as Carbs you need about 1.5 to 2 grams for every pound you weight daily to build muscle fast. So if you are tired of being skinny or tired of no muscle gains and return here.
