Servings: 2-4
Ingredients:
1 Cup Skim Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
1 Packet Splenda
1 Cup Ice
1 Small Banana
Directions:
Blend all together and enjoy
