This is just a balanced smoothie that appeals to me. It’s not sweet and that is good for me. If I was not having snacks during the day I would increase the portion sizes in this smoothie. Makes 2 small portions.
2 c. frozen mixed berries
1.5 c. skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop whey protein sweetened with stevia
2 T. chia seeds
2 dashes of cayenne
juice of one lemon
ice to desired thickness
Blend all ingredients in the blender.
