Baked Egg Custard Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) fat-free egg substitute
2/3 cup(s) Sucralose
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup(s) Fat free milk, Scalded - cook just prior to the boiling point
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the 2 cups of scalded fat free milk into a glass baking dish (1.5 qt)
Once the first 3 ingredients are thoroughly combined, with a whisk, slowly add the scalded milk. Place glass baking dish into another dish with hot water in it and put into the oven at 325 degrees for approximately an hour and a half. Note: Ovens vary start checking after at least 1 hour.
To test for doneness, insert a knife and it should come out clean.
May serve either warm or cold with ground cinnamon topping.
