Baked Apple Recipe

Caramel Baked Apple-this is 5 pts for Weight Watchers, most of the points in fact, 4 are from the almonds. I suppose you could use another type of nut, but would probably be about the same amount of points.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1 small apple (I used a Washington )
1/4 cup crushed Fiber One Caramel Crunch cereal
1 Tbsp Almond Slivers (Fishers)
1 Tbsp I Can't believe it's not Butter (Fat Free)
Directions:
Wash and core apple, crush 1/4 cup of Fiber One Caramel Crunch cereal (I used a rolling pin). Combine cereal and almonds, put inside cored apple, put 1 Tbsp marg on top and microwave for 3 minutes, it will be a little firm. You could probably microwave it a little longer for a softer apple.
