305 Calorie “Hamburger” Recipe

Notes:
Much healthier than a regular hamburger from any fast food joint.  The cheese and the boca burger provide a substantial amount of protein while the Whole Wheat English Muffin provides 5 grams of fiber.  This burger will fill you up for several hours and satisfies hamburger cravings.  

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 Boca Burger (130 cals)

1 slice of Kraft fat-free cheese (30 cals)

1 Whole Wheat English Muffin (130 cals)

1 tbsp Heinz Ketchup (15 cals)

Directions:
Grill or microwave Boca Burger. Place on English muffin; add cheese and ketchup.

200 calorie Pancake Recipe

Notes:
It satisfies a pancake craving and is only 200 calories! 

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Original Bisquick mix (160 cals)

1/6 cup milk (20 cals)

1/8 cup Egg Beaters (15 calories)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, pour onto frying pan, and cook until lightly brown on each side of the pancake. If pancake is too thick, add more milk or Egg Beaters as needed.

If you want to add syrup, I recommend using 1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's (or any brand's) sugar-free syrup, which adds an additional 40 calories (give or take a few depending on which brand you use).
