200 calorie Pancake Recipe

It satisfies a pancake craving and is only 200 calories!
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Original Bisquick mix (160 cals)
1/6 cup milk (20 cals)
1/8 cup Egg Beaters (15 calories)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, pour onto frying pan, and cook until lightly brown on each side of the pancake. If pancake is too thick, add more milk or Egg Beaters as needed.
If you want to add syrup, I recommend using 1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's (or any brand's) sugar-free syrup, which adds an additional 40 calories (give or take a few depending on which brand you use).
